Booking our Portrait Booth with Kyna is a seamless and enjoyable process. This session is ideal for editorials or influencer heavy events where you need professional photography. Please see Private Mini Studios Session for personal shoots. Customize your booth package with add-ons such as prints, keychains, customized photo slips, and etc. Follow these simple steps to secure your spot:

Step 1: Choose Your Session Type 

Select either the "Event Package" option, which includes a photo booth setup with a customized backdrop tailored to your event's theme or requirements, or choose from our wide range of backdrop options. Alternatively, opt for the "Private Mini Session," which offers a more intimate photography experience.

 Step 2: Customize Your Package

Personalize your booth package by selecting add-ons like prints, keychains, customized photo slips, or other available options to enhance your photography experience.

 Step 3: Check Availability

Review the availability calendar to find an open date and time slot that works best for you. Make sure to confirm with us via email before booking. For private mini sessions, be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on upcoming session dates.

Step 4: Book Your Session

Once you've selected your package, add-ons, and preferred date, proceed to the booking page to secure your spot. Fill out the required information and complete the payment process.

 Step 5: Make a Payment

Secure your booking by making a payment through the website's secure payment portal. You'll receive an email confirmation once your payment has been processed. Full payment is due upon booking. 

Step 6: Custom Backdrop Consultation (if applicable)

If you've chosen the event package with a custom backdrop, you'll be contacted to schedule a consultation to discuss the design, colors, and other details for your custom backdrop. This consultation ensures that the backdrop perfectly complements your event. Backdrop production costs vary depending on design requirements. Please allow a budget of $700 for custom backdrop.  Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for backdrop production and shipping. 2 week rush orders are available with a $200 upcharge. 

 Step 7: Receive a Confirmation Email

After your payment has been confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking, including the date, time, location, and any additional information or instructions

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Portrait Booths with Kyna

Thank you for choosing Portrait Booths with Kyna for your photography needs. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

  1. Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. The following cancellation terms apply:

a) More than 14 days before the session: You may cancel your booking without any penalties and receive a full refund. Backdrop customization fees are non-refundable.

b) 7-14 days before the session: If you cancel your booking within this time frame, you will receive a 50% refund.

c) Less than 7 days before the session: No refund will be issued for cancellations made within this period. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Rescheduling:

We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule your session. If you need to change the date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability, but please note that rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

  1. No-Shows:

If you fail to show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued. We will consider rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis, but additional fees may apply.

  1. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation terms outlined above. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request.

  1. Portrait Booths with Kyna's Right to Cancel:

We reserve the right to cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, illness, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your session.
